TCGSL Hall of Fame

Twin Cities Goodtime Softball League Hall of Fame

The TCGSL Hall of Fame was founded in 2004 by the TCGSL Executive Board with the focus of recognizing past and present league members who have made a significant contribution to the development and lasting success of one of the largest gay softball leagues in the nation.  Over the past three decades, TCGSL has grown from a small group of gay ball players challenging the Minneapolis Police on the softball diamond to an organization of well over 600 players enjoying a fun, competitive time on the field each weekend and an annual tournament attended by teams from across the country.

To be considered for induction to the TCGSL Hall of Fame, nominees must have been associated with the league as a player, sponsor, fan, or other supporter for at least seven years.  Nominations must be submitted in writing by a current league member and should include a detailed description of the nominee's contributions to the league that justify their induction into the Hall of Fame. Nominations will be shared with the league and may be posted on this web site. Previous Hall of Fame inductees will vote confidentially on the current nominees each season. New inductees, with a limit of four total inductees starting in 2017, will be announced at the annual end-of-season banquet.
